Like many of his generation, he sees traditional business attire as a form of cover-up. In his workplace, he says, "we're not trying to hide anything with our clothes."
As an entrepreneur things come up and plans change. I agree a hundred percent that you must be flexible to work within the given parameters. However, it is extremely important as a little person in the business world to emphasize the importance of deadlines and having jobs done correctly in order to meet or exceed goals to move your business along. I'm not saying be immature and react like a five year old who is crying for candy, nevertheless make it clear of the deadlines and how others actions effect you.
